How do I pay for this design service?
An initial payment is required to start the project. The remaining balance, which is 50%, is due upon successful completion of the project. You are only required to pay us after your client has paid you the initial down payment.
Do you allow refunds?
Yes, we do. We hope it never comes to that, but if you're unhappy with our designs after we've tried everything, including using different designers and making unlimited revisions, we'll discuss a fair refund.
Are there any hidden costs?
There are no hidden fees. However, should a chosen font or asset require a royalty fee, we will provide a link for your client to purchase directly.
How does the unlimited revision work?
You tell us what changes you want based on your and your client's thoughts. We'll ensure we understand each other perfectly before you show anything to your client.
What if I or my client don't like your work?
We aim to make designs you'll love. If you like our portfolio, you'll love our work for you. But if you're unhappy with a design, we'll keep improving it until you are.
